Flooring an entire house is a real expense, and paying for it up front is not always the sensible way to do it. We work with Synchrony and Wisetack, so you can spread the cost rather than delay the job or shrink it to fit what is in the account this month.

Applying is quick and it does not commit you to anything. What matters more is getting the floor right, we would far rather you financed the material that suits your household than paid cash for something you will be unhappy with in three years.

Who provides the financing?

Synchrony and Wisetack. Both are established consumer finance providers who work with home improvement trades. The application goes directly to them, we do not lend money ourselves, and the terms you are offered come from them rather than from us.

Will applying affect my credit score?

Checking your options is generally a soft inquiry that does not affect your score; formally accepting an offer usually involves a hard inquiry. The provider will tell you clearly which step you are at before you commit to anything. Ask us and we will walk you through the process.

Do I have to decide on financing before the estimate?

No. Get the estimate first. Once you know what the job actually costs it is much easier to work out whether financing makes sense for you, and there is no obligation to use it just because you asked about it.

Can I finance part of the job and pay the rest?

In most cases yes, and it is a common approach for larger projects, people often finance the main living areas and pay outright for a smaller room. Talk to us about how you would like to structure it and we will work with the numbers.
